Founded in 1985, the company has grown from a small fieldwork agency into a full-service agency capable of undertaking projects throughout the UK and Europe, and has a full-time workforce of over 30 employees.
SMS is one of the leading independent market research companies in the United Kingdom.
We are proud that most of the growth has come from increased workload from existing clients or clients moving on and continuing to use SMS.
