SMS started out as a field agency, and expanded to become a full service agency by including data processing and project management as fully fledged offerings. This year we will be taking the next step by leveraging some of the best technology available to expand our research offerings.
The introduction of a scanning system allows us to process bulk volumes of small and standardised surveys, greatly improving turnaround time and reducing costs which can be passed on to our customers.
Out on the internet, we continue our move towards full spectrum data collection by utilising a combination of in-house and outsourced skills to deploy surveys via the web or phone - or even both. The technologies we deploy allow for full and accurate data collection which can be tied together into a single set of results, whether it be from paper questionnaires, the internet, smartphones on the street, or telephone. Our specialist respondent panel is under construction, which we're pleased to say does not consist of our friends on facebook, and will facilitate true end-to-end research.
